Shipping policy

Processing time

Every order is carefully packed and processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking link by email once it ships.

Delivery time

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during holidays, peak seasons or carrier delays.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs, along with any free shipping offers, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or never shows up, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos if it arrived damaged). We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
